Australia’s beach volleyball duo of Christopher McHugh and Damien Schumann have won gold in their finals against Canada in a very exciting three set match.
Prince Edward and his royal entourage, Patron Gina Rinehart, Volleyball President Craig Carracher and a sell-out crowd were enthusiastically cheering on the boys as they achieved victory on home soil.
Congratulations to Chris and Damien, an amazing end to the beach volleyball competition – a final we were all hoping for!
