WA Young Achiever Awards 2026

Hancock Prospecting is proud to sponsor the Rinehart Young Leader Award at the WA Young Achiever Awards for 2026, and we are delighted as this exciting new award makes its debut this year.

The Rinehart Young Leader Award has been established to recognise young West Australians, up to the age of 40, who are leading their own business or helping to lead a growing family or private enterprise with hard work, dedication, persistence, common sense, and more fine qualities. .Beyond business achievement, this award celebrates those who demonstrate outstanding values and a genuine pride in Australian achievement, and whose leadership inspires others to follow in the same spirit.

It has been inspiring to see the quality of this year’s nominations. Each finalist has shown exceptional dedication to their enterprise and to the people around them, embodying the values of integrity, patriotism, and perseverance – the very same attributes this award was created to celebrate.

On behalf of our Executive Chairman Mrs Gina Rinehart AO, we extend our warmest congratulations to Antigone Rogers on winning the inaugural Rinehart Young Leader Award for 2026, and to Christelle Bacani on receiving the Rinehart Young Leader Special Commendation Award. We also extend an honourable mention to every nominee and finalist. Each of you should be proud of what you have achieved.

Hancock Prospecting is honoured to play a role in celebrating and encouraging the leaders who are shaping Australia’s future with strong values.
