WA Swimmer of the Year Awards

The 2016 WA Swimmer of the Year Awards were held this morning in Perth at Kings Park.

The Hancock Family Medical Foundation (HFMF) are the principle partner of Swimming WA, having been long term supporters, spanning over 25 years.

Mrs. Rinehart happily presented the HFMF trophy and award to Blair Evans and another award to fellow Olympian, Brianna Throssell.

Mrs. Rinehart and the HFMF warmly  congratulate all of the finalists and trophy winners this morning.

Our warmest wishes to each of the West Australians who have made the Olympic team, Blair Evans, Brianna Throssell and the baby of the team, Tamsin Cook, the youngest swimmer on our Olympic team. And best wishes to Simon Huitenga towards his upcoming competition, which will hopefully see four swimmers from West Australia represent Australia at the Olympics in Rio!
