Congratulations to Australia’s Rowers

Australia’s rowing team proudly represented our country, with an outstanding performance in Rio.

Bracing the very early starts, despite late nights at the swimming, Mrs. Rinehart, Patron , enthusiastically attended every single early morning  race that Australia was competing in, cheering and waving enthusiastically  for our teams as they rowed.

The Australian rowing team performed to their expectations, taking home 3 medals in total, with an individual gold for Kim Brennan in the single sculls, a silver for the men’s quad scull comprising of Karsten Forsterling, Alexander Belonogoff, Cameron Girdlestone and James McRae, and another silver for the men’s four, made up of Alex Hill, Joshua Booth, Joshua Dunkley-Smith and Will Lockwood.

Mrs. Rinehart was especially touched that Kim waved to her while on the podium when receiving her gold medal.

We are very proud to support our rowers, who are outstanding representatives of Australia’s Olympic efforts. Congratulations to our athletes!
